Project Overview: Re-think the company’s identity and product line in order to increase revenue. The HelpCity Extra card was created to produce measurable results for advertisers, while creating a valuable and easy to use product for consumers. It leveraged the company’s existing customer base and facilitated customer aquisitions. With the Extra card, consumers can get “extras” from participating vendors. Vendors can then measure the success of their advertising though the card. The Extra card was designed to be distributed through a carrier and through the company’s published local internet guide (mailed to households in selected areas). HelpCity’s website was also re-designed to promote the Extra card while still providing the company’s core service. With an impressive list of vendors/sponsors, the Extra card gained value and propelled the company’s branding efforts.
